Here the recommendations for labeling:
Tubing: Date, Time, Initials.
Bag/Syringe with medication: Patient name, Chart #, Medication name, Dose, Rate, Date, Time of preparation, Time of administration, Name of professional.
Bag (solution): Date, Time, Initials.
