Yes we do. However, we had a terrible time with the standard sized biopatch we used with our PICC lines. It was too big; between trying to use the midine statlock and the biopatch it had the catheter hub elevated to high and caused kinking. Or.....due to its size if you didn't want to place it on first around hub as desired, since it caused the catheter to lift up and kink, you would just place it on top . Just placing it on top was not proper in any way, not allowing for full skin contact, or edges of biopatch to make contact.
We got in touch with Ethicon and are trialing a much smaller sized biopatch that it working much better.
