Is it required to include Lot#, Expiration date and manufacturer when using Cathflo ? Thx in advance.
Cathflo is a brand name so there is only one manufacturer - Genentech. The INS standards do not call for lot number and expiration date for this procedure. This is not required for other medications either. Lynn
