I know we shouldn't use them and they are the last sites we want to use for CVC access but.... if they are used.... what stnadards of practice for physicians should I be looking at to back myself up regarding verifying tip location?
I know of those standards. some of our physicians.....refer to them as "nursing" standards that don't apply to them.... I was wondering where in their practice standards it might be found.
