I am new to this group and very happy to be here.
My facility does not have an order set for implanted ports in Epic (for example one that would include physician's order to access port, NS flushing, heparin flushing, and lidocaine orders to access port). Can anyone share their order set, if you have one? Would really appreciate any help. I was told by my facility's team, that they would work on an order set, if I provide them with a sample. I did a quick search in this forum, but have not found an order set specific to ports.
