Just a question, why is it recommended to use the left arm for pediatric Picc insertion in children up to 2 years
Good question. This is not in the 2016 INS Standards on Site Selection. May I ask where you found this information? Thanks Lynn

Went to a pediatric picc class and was thumbing through my notes and found this jotted down as the left arm was best for this age group, could not find a rationale for it and wondered if anyone else knew why!!
