We are still using sutures on our Triple Lumens placed by IR and our Critical Care physicians. We are looking to try a securement device, wondering what other facilities use and also if you have any research articles to help sell our physicians.

See INS SOP on VAD Stabilization, see reference list there. This was finalized in early 2015, so an updated literature search would be needed. I know there are new studies on the subcutaneous engineered stabilization device.
