Cost of PIV

Does anyone have a ballpark figure on the cost of placing a peripheral IV (catheter, statlock, tegaderm, extension tubing, chloraprep)?
I don’t have time to go to our logistics and look it up on my own…. I just need a baseline and thought maybe someone has this information.
