DVT both sides, what to do for venous access

Vascular Access Experts,

What are the  options for venous access for someone who has a DVT in the right jugular, right axillary and left basilic veins and lung cancer, please?

Thank you

 Accessing the femoral vein

Accessing the femoral vein and tunneling to the abdomen with either a tunneled cuffed catheter or an implanted port positioned over the iliac crest. Or left subclavian or jugular entering proximal to the DVT in left basilic. If all else fails, there is the option of using the translumbar or transhepatic veins, usually done in radiology. Lynn
