We are currently reviewing the different early assessment tools that are available online. I was wondering if anyone has successfully implemented an assessment tool or a formal device selection tool on admission in your facility. OR - does anyone have an device selection criteria as a part of their electronic medical record?? Any guidance would be appreciated. I think this is such a positive idea, but it seems like it is not easy to initiate into practice. Thanks in advance!!
We are also looking at this process and look forward to any validated tools that are being used in facilities.
