Does anyone have a sample of some Ethanol Locking Policies that they wouldn't mind sharing. Our Vascular Access Service will be adding this service and I have been charged with creating the policy in a very short period of time. I would appreciate any samples to help with this task ASAP

We dealth with a 3 in 1 lipid occlusion last week or so. I called the Bard helpline at 1-800-FOR-BARD and got some good information from a very helpful nurse.
