Flushing of pics

Hi iam new to the forum. My facility is currently revisiting the policy for flushing of piccs.

We use only saline to flush grshong or valved piccs. The amount of heparin used to flush non-valved

piccs is in question. Do most of you use 10mg/ml or 100mg/ml and how much?
