IV Solution and PCA Syringes/Cassette Changes

What frequency do you use for solution changes? We are working on a policy and since there is no real evidence, we would like to see what other organizations are doing. Appreciate your input! Thanks in advance!

IV Solutions - non-medicated, maintenance solutions:

Medicated solutions - like drips:

PCA Cassettes/Syringes:

(TPN and Lipids will remain every 24 hours - there IS evidence for that!)
