re CHG on pediatrics

I am in the process of re-writing our PIV policy and making reference to ChG (chlorohexidene) use in children (skin prep for placement of PIV or central line). Does anyone know what the minimum age is for use of CHG skin prep for kids. I know at one point it said no CHG for kids < 2 months of age. Does this still stand? Does anyone have any references I can use for using it on younger kids?

I would appreciate any information,
Thank you,

 Product instructions for use

Product instructions for use for Chloraprep changed from a contraindication to use in 2 months and younger to a caution for that age group. This is an FDA cleared label change. Lynn
